What I actually do
Your nervous system is the part of you that decides β moment to moment β whether you are safe or in danger. When you've been through stress, trauma, or years of carrying too much, it can get stuck in survival mode. Always on. Always braced. Always scanning for the next thing.
And here's what nobody tells you β you can be in survival mode for years without knowing it. You just think you're tired. Anxious. Overwhelmed. Not enough.
I help you understand what's actually happening inside you β and I teach you body-based tools that signal to your nervous system that it's finally safe to come down. This is not about thinking your way out. It's about working with your body.
My story
I know what it feels like to hold it all together on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside. I know what it feels like to give every piece of yourself to a vision of a life β a home, a family, a love β and watch it not work out the way you planned.
I know the tightness in the chest. The emptiness after you've given everything and have nothing left. The exhaustion that sleep doesn't touch.
What I didn't know back then was that everything I was feeling had a name. It was my nervous system β stuck in survival, doing everything it could to keep me going, with nobody ever teaching me how to come down.
When I finally understood that, everything changed. I didn't heal by thinking differently. I healed by learning to work with my body. And now that's what I dedicate myself to β teaching women everything I wish someone had taught me.
