Weeks 1-3: Awareness

You'll learn what a dysregulated nervous system actually looks like — in your body, your thoughts, your relationships. You'll start naming what's been happening and why.

Weeks 4-6: Tools & Practices

You'll learn somatic practices — body-based tools that signal to your nervous system that it's safe. These are the things that actually work because they work WITH your body, not against it.

Weeks 7-9: Integration

You'll practice in real time — bringing these tools into the moments where your nervous system gets dysregulated. You'll see shifts happen. Real ones.

Weeks 10-12: Building From It

With a regulated nervous system, you'll design the next chapter. What do you actually want? Who do you want to be? What are you finally ready to build?

Is this therapy?
